Dr. Darwish is a neurosurgeon and has been a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of surgeons since 2007. He specialises in cerebrovascular, base of skull and spinal surgery. Dr. Darwish is committed to providing first class neurosurgical services to the Sydney south west area.

He was the first neurosurgeon to start and develop spinal surgery at Campbelltown private hospital.

Dr. Darwish is in the process of starting a base of skull surgery unit at Liverpool hospital. His base of skull team will include neurosurgeons, ENT surgeons with endoscopic and temporal bone approach expertise, as well as head, neck and reconstructive surgeons.
