All patients are charged the standard consultation fee. Payment for the consultation is required at the time of attendance.
Discounts may be available for pensioners and health care card holders. Prior approval is needed for Workcover and Third Party patients.

A referral from either your general practitioner or specialist is required and must be available at your appointment, whether it has been faxed to our office or you bring it with you. Without a valid referral from a medical practitioner Medicare will not pay a rebate.
Please arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time as you will be required to provide us with information prior to your consultation.
Please bring all x-rays, CT scans or MRI scans and reports relevant to the condition for which you are consulting Dr Darwish. It is also important that you provide us with the details of any medications that you are currently taking.
